Second or Third Year Electrical Apprentice

Are you an Electrical Apprentice? That’s sick of being treated like a labourer? Come work for us!!

Cassidy-Davies Electrical is looking for electrical apprentices.

When I was first starting my apprenticeship I was at a company that just used me to cable tie, clean up site and sweep out the container, it was an ok culture but I just felt like a number and wasn’t learning anything. I knew I had the skills and had some good ideas but no one ever took me seriously.

They talked about helping me with my apprenticeship and having regular catch ups, but that never happened.

Of course I was paid for my efforts, but I had no job satisfaction, something was missing.

Sound familiar?

Unfortunately some in the industry are still using apprentices in the same way they were back then, that is why at Cassidy-Davies Electrical we take pride in providing our apprentices not only a great culture and place to work but are actively involved with them from day one right through until that shiny registration certificate comes through and beyond!!

Do you want a job where you’re actually being taught the skills you need to become an electrician by some of the best in the industry?

A job where you get paid fairly and love coming to work?

A job that takes an active involvement in helping you progress through your training?

A job with an active social club with lots of fun events and an amazing culture?
