Architectural New Build – Cashmere
Cassidy-Davies Electrical recently completed the electrical fit-out for this impressive architectural new build in the scenic suburb of Cashmere, Christchurch. Working in close collaboration with Josh and the expert builders at JLC Construction, we were trusted to handle every aspect of the electrical work – from the power and lighting to heating, ventilation, and data/comms cabling.
PDL Iconic switchgear was used throughout the home, providing a stylish and contemporary finish that complements the home’s modern aesthetic. Creative lighting was a key design focus, especially in high-impact areas such as the stairway, entranceway and bathrooms. These spaces showcase how thoughtful lighting design can add warmth, character and functionality.
