Construction on this project began in January 2020. Cassidy-Davies was contracted for all electrical works including interior and exterior lighting, power, data, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The project was made up of 70 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units, three three-bedroom units and three four-bedroom units. Ninety new social housing units built in Christchurch by the Otautahi Community Housing Trust
