University of Canterbury – Solar Flower

Client: University of Canterbury

We collaborated with Golden Solar BIPV, Solar Mate Canterbury, GoodWe, University of Canterbury, and a host of amazing individuals to create an incredible work of sustainable innovation (and art): the solar flower. The solar flower stands 5 metres tall and uses solar panels on its petals to generate electricity while tracking the sun. We are so proud to have worked on the solar flower – projects like these are essential in the journey to create a greener and cleaner New Zealand.
